Books about the Romanovs and Imperial Russia / van Hoogstraten Bookstore

I'm thinking about a trip to Amsterdam in a few months.  I might make a day trip to The Hague.  How easy is it to get to van Hoogstraten once I am there? 

Is there more of a selection in store than what is on their web site?

Also, are there any notable spots in Amsterdam to look for books on royalty?

I know that her late immediate family (George VI, Queen Mother and Margaret) used to call her by this name.  What other members of the family are allowed to call her by her childhood nickname today?
