Does anyone have any information/reviews on this book on Grand Duke Vladimir.

This is a documentry I stumbled upon the other night. It's about the curse which has haunted the Yusupov family for several generations. I was hoping someone may be able to translate it for me or at least break down any new/valuable information. It has some great photos.

The Yussupovs / Yusupov Exhibition

I just found this online, hoping someone may have more information or pictures on this. There appears to have been a history exhibition of the Yusupov's in Kazan this past May. I was to locate some video and pictures, but was hoping someone could translate for me. I was able to spot a few pictures of Zenaida, one of Nicholas, and of Irina, that I have never seen. Needless to say I'm very excited and eager to know more about this exhibition.




(call me crazy but I think that picture in the corner is Zenaida in her famous costume dress from 1883, the one she used again in 1903)

The Yussupovs / Objects of Arts from the collections of the Yusupovs

The Youssoupov Egg that was presented to Zenaida Youssoupov by her husband Felix in 1907, orginally had miniture pictures of their son's, Felix and Nicholas as well as Felix Sr. These minitures were later replaced with the initials of the person who had purchased the egg after the revolution. Does anyone have any idea of what the miniture's looked like? Are they lost or stored somewhere?

Tsarevich Alexei Nicholaievich / Are there any pictures of Alexei with....[Sergei, Ella, or Vladimirovichi?]

I was just wondering if there are any pictures of Alexei with his uncle Serge? Also is there any with his aunt Ella? What about about Aunt Michen and Uncle Vladimir? I suppose I just don't see any images showing him with relatives outside his inner family circle, and was wondering if there were any pictures in existance.

I was looking on ebay and I saw this book listed but its in Russian. It seems to have many nice photos and information about Kschessinska and her affiar with the Romanov men.
Is this a reprint of her orignal memoirs? And does anyone know if this is avaliable in English?

Olga Nicholaievna / Olga's official suitors, marriage prospects, and proposals

I have heard many rumors regarding a possible match between Olga and Dmitry, yet I'm not sure how true this really is.

If a match was planned for the two, why did nothing come of it? Olga would have been old enough for marriage before WWI.

What were thier feelings for each other? I had read that at point Olga did have a crush on Dmitry, but again I'm not sure how much is fact and how much is fiction.

Does anyone know?

I was trying to find the last known pictures of Felix, Irina, Princess Zinaida, her husband Felix, and babe Irina but I couldn't.

I think I once saw a picture of Irina and Felix in old age, but it looked nothing like them.

Can anyone help?

The Final Chapter / Did OTMAA ever have a chance?

This may have been discussed before, I couldn't find it, but this came up on a conversation earlier today.

When the Imperial Family was under house arrest and the talk of exile was in the air, there was much talk about the IF going to England.

Do to political reasons the offer which was extended was removed.

Nicholas and Alexandra may be have been doomed from the get go, but could Olga, Tatiana, Marie, Anastasia and Alexie have escaped if King George or another relative would have extended their hand. In other words were relatives only willing to save the entire family, not just the children?

Where there any attempts to save at least the children once it was beginning to appear that they may not survive the revolution?

Would Nicholas and Alexandra have allowed the separation?
