I know, I was sad to hear that too. Even worse it wasn't too much later that Michael Kamen passed away. I was surfing the net, actually discussing Kamen's work with a friend of mine, and read the headline on moviemusic.com. I burst into tears.

I'm with Mrs. Eddy on that, I salute all you guys too! Such courage and strength! Best wishes to you all!

If any of you have time please give some comments on my montage-in-progress...?

Haha first time I've been in this thread. LOL Mrs. Eddy's sig ;D I love that book and movie too! Tim Curry deoes an amazingly frightening job as Pennywise.

And Jonathan Brandis was one of my favorite actors. Yes, I am part of the SEAQUEST generation! And proud of it!

Best holiday wishes to all of you by the way.

Most definitely!

The person below me knows who composed the "Moonlight Sonata."

Waltz for Eva and Che from Evita

Just this part at least:

Eva:

Oh, what I'd give for a hundred years
But the physical interferes
Every day more.
Oh My Creator
What is the good of the strongest heart
In a body that's falling apart?
A serious flaw
I hope you know that.

Moulin Rouge's score by Craig Armstrong is great and unfortunately only 2 tracks are available on the second CD, none on the first. Thank goodness for promo albums! I have the full score.

Robin Hood seems to be underrated by those who aren't score fans LOL as crazy as that sounds. Most score fans I know have mentioned that it is one of their favorites.

Tsarevich Alexei Nicholaievich / Re: How Has Alexey Affected YOUR Life?
« on: October 27, 2005, 12:29:44 PM »
He's helped me to think twice about my actions, and I consider him a guardian angle, so when I am in a crisis I look to him, and something always turns up to make it right again.

I think he likes to play jokes on me too though LOL. Like when I was gone at Skate America this weekend, when it was over my friend Ruby and I went out to wait for her father and niether of our cell phones would work, when they worked fine in the arena. We went inside and tried walking around for a signal but didn't get one. Finally we walked out and went to the parking lot and there was the blasted signal LOL.

And Duel of the Fates! Let's not forget Duel of the Fates!

*glances over the thread* Only one mention of Schindler's List? Wow, that's Williams' greatest work (he said so himself).
