I think Overlay clashes with Color. Anyone know how to make black and white, other than Overlay?
That dress is gorgeous!!

I never use overlay because I think it just looks weird and fake. To make things look white I use normal or lighten or vivacity (at a low opacity). Those work the best. To make things look black you can also use normal or multiply or darken

i never use overlay.. only for graphic designing ONLY!
i use color legacy to color black and whites
or other layers
opacity is everything!!

Great new one Holly it looks stunning. I myself use Color Burn and color dodge and mutliply. Thanks Tessel and Joyann for the comments I really appreciate them you all are too kind. That's my style of coloring! :)
