Hohenzollern: hoe-en-zoll-urn
Dagmar: Dag-marr
Constantine: kon-stan-teen (I've also heard kon-stan-tine)
Constantinovich: kon-stan-tin-oh-vich
Kyril: keer-ill
Pavlovich: pav-low-vich
