Need help with magazine article

Hello all!!

I´ ve got a chance to write an article about OTMA to quite famous Czech scientific and historical magazine Epocha and I´ve already contacted the editor. She said it was a good idea, but she wants me send her a synopsis first, you know, the main points.
What would YOU be interested in, if you found such an article (suppose you are an ordinary man or woman without much knowledge about the matter). She wants something interesting....what should I offer her?

How about you say,something like this:

If you step back in time with me to Russia in the snow which makes it sparkle in all it's glory. There you will find four girls, the same in many ways, but different in looks, thoughts, and their own special dreams. These girls were Olga, Tatiana, Marie, Anastasia, and they made OTMA. They were Duchesses in a land of beauty and charm. But their special dreams were not meant to be, for in a time in their lives when they were truly beginning to shine, they were killed for simply being the daughters of a Tsar.

Just my thoughts,what do you think?

If I see an article about OTMA I would like to learn about:

- Their different characters
- The part they played in the Russian monarchy
- Their lives before and after the revolution
- And how their life ended (No AA please).

I have send some ideas to the publisher and now I´m waiting for her decision if she wants the article to be written. If she won´t, I´m ready to offer to some other magazine I´ll surely let you know about the progress of things!

well, I certainly would, but I doubt you would have much from it, since it´s in Czech
