To be honest, screencaps from videos are not RARE for me. Why? because, you must be worth to find rare pics., not just make screencaps...

Most of the pictures posted are photographs. They just look like they're from a video.

If you're talking about the one screen capture from a video I made yesterday (with Nicholas, Alexandra, Olga, and Tatiana) in it--well, I have made others in the past--, I don't see what the problem is. Why not capture a moment we like from a video and share it? It may not be a rare photo, but how about a "rare" image?

I do realize you may be talking about all the screen captures lately in general, but my question still stands.

EmmyLee, could you confirm who is sitting on either side of Olga? Thank you!

Exactly. The photos in Russian documentaries are one of the last sources of rare photos to me. Even so, I haven't seen a new photo in weeks....  :(

Alas, Janet, I'm sorry. I don't know who the two women are on either side of Olga in that picture. Just unidentified nurses, I suppose. Wouldn't it be great if we could identify more of the nurses and soldiers in pictures with the IF? It seems like that would do their memory a little more justice not to forget them (plus, it would be a really exciting thing for their relatives to find when doing their family history).

And Sarushka, I hope we start finding more pictures that even you haven't seen!

The screencaps may be easy to make, but the movies aren't always easy to find in the first place! ;)

A guard.

I don't think so. The boy looks too young to be Aleksei, and it also appears that he's standing outside the fence. ;)
