Royal Deaths and Diseases.

A new series on discovery channel- Dutch TV. Starting DEC 1th.

Psychical disorders, eccentric traditions, kinky behaviour and birth perils.
A Russian Tsar having ill-treatment of animals as a hobby, a Spanish king who married a girl under age, a French schizophrenic king with a peculiar walk and a English king who stabbed himself evoking compassion.
Briefly: Royal madness in different Royal families.

Interesting enough to know who they are.

This series will also be premiering in Canada on the History channel on Sunday, December 5th at 8 p.m.

Thanks for the description, Anna, as I didn't know anything about this series. I would be very interested to know which Tsar abused animals for fun. The only one I have ever heard doing this was Ivan the Terrible.

I've seen this program on the History Channel (read as The World War II Channel). It's okay.

Featured are Charlotte of Sachsen-Meiningen's porphyria, Alexei Nikolaevich's haemophilia, and other stuff that I can't remember right now.
