me bad!! : im not sure tho if that is her "cousin Jean" (later husband)

That's not Jean in a group photo, but Isabelle's youngest brother Ferdinand.

This seems to be from the same photoshoot

With her siblings Helene, Jean, & Louise (This image is courtesy of Veronica from here and Dinastias)

I think that the boy is not Jean. He is the youngest son of Count and countess of Paris: Ferdinand of Orléans, duke of Montpensier (1884-1924).

Are you sure that this lady is Isabelle d'Orléans, future wife of the duke of Guise?

That's Isabelle. Why do you have doubts?

I have no doubt now! Thank you very much

Oh yes, magnificent portrait of the young Princess, probably dating from before her marriage. Thank you for having posted. Isabelle was considered THE Beauty of the family.

I just finished scanning 2 magazine articles dealing with royal beauties and she and Queen Marie of Romania (then just Crown Princess) were the only 2 in both.

Thanks. One of my friends knew about the Harcourt family. They are French or English nobility ?

The Harcourt family originated in Normandy and came over the Channel with William I [the Conqueror]

So they are English Aristocracy then. I see them good enough to marry into the Orleans family...

If you care enough to look at that way... But you must remember, the Orleans did not exist at that time.  There is a French branch of the family, whose history I am not all that familiar with. [d''Harcourt]
