Anna and Gregoria (of Styria) were successively promised to Felipe III of Spain.
Due to their deaths, Felipe married their youngest sister Margaret

Anna of Austria 1528 - 1590

Archduchess Anna of Austria married Duke Albert V of Bavaria and is the ancestress of several royal families, including the Wittelsbachs and the Habsburgs.

Maria of Austria 1531- 1581

Archduchess Maria of Austria married Duke William of Julich-Cleves and is the ancestress of several Protestant royal families, including the Hohenzollerns and the Windsors.

Johanna of Austria   1547- 1578

Archduchess Johanna of Austria was the mother of the famous Marie of Medici, Queen of France. This is what the Worldroots website says about Johanna:

Born on 24 January 1547 in Prague, her marriage to Francesco de' Medici, heir of the Grand Duke of Tuscany, took place on 18 December 1565 in Florence. Johanna, as pale, thin and charmless as Francesco, was miserably homesick. Ill and unhappy, ignored by her husband, and condemned by the Florentines for her Austrian hauteur, she never felt at home in Florence.
In his way her father-in-law was kind to her. He had the courtyard of the Palazzo Vecchio specially decorated for her; the lunettes were painted with murals of Austrian towns by pupils of Vasari, and Verocchio's gay fountain of the little urchin with a spouting fish was brought down from the Careggi villa where it had been set up in the garden by Lorenzo il Magnifico.
In twelve years of marriage, she gave birth to eight children; then, on 10 April 1578 aged only thirty-one, she died in Florence. Francesco then married his mistress, Bianca Capello.

It was not not Anna, but Katharina (or Catherine) who was engaged to the future King Philip III of Spain. However, she died shortly after and her sister Gregoria was chosen to replace her; tragically, Gregoria also died shortly after and, finally, her sister Margaret was chosen and became King Philip III's wife.

thanks for the info but i read somewhere ( i cant remember where, sorry) that Katharina was promised to Rannucio  I  Farnese of Parma before she died....(Maybe its Elisabeth, its just a guess)
where did they get the name of Gregoria Maximiliana bcoz its quiet unique for a named of a Habsburg.

why did Ferdinand I allows three of his daughter to be a nun (Magdalena,Margaretha & Helene)
didn't he find any suitable husband for them thats why he allows them to become a nun?
can anyone post pictures of Margaretha and Helene pls.
thanks a lot

Here is where the three Daughters of Ferdinand I were Nuns with Magdalena being an Abbess :

567-90 Royal Abbess Magdalena von Habsburg of the Royal Chapter of Hall in Tirol (Königliches Damenstift Hall) (Austria-Hungary)
The Austrian Archduchess founded the royal Chapter for royal and noble ladies that existed until 1783. She lived there with her two sisters, Margaretha and Helena. Daughter of Emperor Ferdinand I and Anna of Hungary, she lived (1532-90)
