Hello again AP Forum Members
I have a real treat for you all. All though not as elegant, and completely furnished as NAOTMAA Fan's Alexander Palace is on this thread from Sims 2, I made the Last Tsar's private residence in Tsarskoye Selo. Down to each nook-and-cranny of every closet, bathroom, and hallway... lol
I'm dedicated : P
Anyways. I will show a few snapshots of the Palace that I took, what I did was bulldozed the Central Park in Sunset Valley (Sims 3) and built a 64 x 64 of the Alexander Palace, normally 60 x 60 is the normally large lot size to build something, I upped the ante so to speak : D
Inside, the Palace there is PLENTY of room to walk about, I even made the covered balconies on the sides, and the Garden Facade of the Palace. It was A LOT of work, but I think it came out very nicely. : D
I didn't decorate the walls, nor put any furniture in because I wanted to leave the first exchange as (unfurnished) and then when I am fully done the Palace, the landscaping/gardening, and the rooms themselves I will then share it on Sims 3, but for now You have a fully, hopefully completely accurate, though I did cram some tiny spaces in, that are so small its, you can only see them with a naked eye/ magnifying glass ... lol
anyways... Behold!
Note ( i noticed, the few things I managed to be absent-minded about** lol)
if you download the palace onto your Sims 3, you have to add two doors, the doors to get inside from the Colonnaded Portico, you'll see when and if you download it. and also... The oval or octagonal *only how they allow circular in the Sims) garden in the front. So that's about it.
Below are two snapshots, of the Interior, (keep in mind, I haven't furnished it yet at all) : P
So those are for the visual aspect. Now I shall give the linkage .. lol
