Sarushka, I saw that that book is out of print. Do you know if there's anywhere online to obtain it? Or has anyone scanned in the photos from it?

It's hard to find, and very fragile -- it was only printed in paperback, as far as I know. I borrowed a copy from the University of Michigan.

A few of the photos were posted here when a copy of the book auctioned on eBay some time ago. You can probably still see them on a previous Rare Pictures thread.
