i here goes my opinion and my questions about this book

well i have read the book and  i  agree about some things and i dont .  however i have a lot of questions and speculation like any other person. i  don't know wether it is true  that he is  alexei   or not. in the book it says oleg  took DNA so where is the results? why did the russian government  print  out a death certificate for alexei if the body hasnt been found?how can somebody appearance change that much? i looked at some of the photographs when alexei was younger he looked somwhat like his father  but at the time he was supposedly murdered  he looked like his mother filatov hardly looked like  the czar and czarinist . he also looked a little bit like his sisters but once again  filatov did not look like them  either. his children , filatov   looked somewhat like the relatives of the romanovs but it is hard to say without the tests being done. okay and if filatov is really alexei friend or servent boy  he wouldn't be able to know about the russian regime, army or  how to play instruments or other kind of languages.   if he was released  ealier like yuvaksky
claimed he wouldn't be able to know what happened to the bodies or details of inside the room. and yes his wife might have been educated but she wouldn't be able to know all those languages would she? and the accounts from his children of how he was so proper and prim especially at the dinner table  certainly a  man who was a servent boy wouldn't take heed years later  just from being inside the royal house.  and lastly why would he  lie to his children  about being alexei knowing it wasn't true. all the clamants over the years of being anastasia and alexei made it public but he didn't  only after he died did his children speculate his identity, so why would they do a thing like that unless he really is alexei  there no money to be granted , no title , so what , what motive could the children of  filatov have in doing this ... unless Vasily Filatov was actually Alexei son of tsar nicholas II?
i actually think the that this book distorts peoples thoughts its no real results. no true just theory i honestly want to believe that two people did survive that night but its hard to believe.  i just hope two of those clamients out of all of them were the real ones.

P.S   THIS book was published  1998 is  there any up to date information about the romanovs and the missing bodies? the only information i was able to find was about the empress being exhumed  so are they still working on the cases even though its declared closed
