I'm sure there must be a few, but I have never been fortunate enough to see one.  There is a black and white portrait of Olga Pavlovna, and she is depicted in bust form in von Kugelgen's portrait of Emperor Pavel's family.  If you ever happen upon a color portrait of her, I'd love to see!
