Yes, of course- Strelna.
 My friend & I drove in, parked and walked around a bit. It is not open to the public.
 Apparently it was an untended ruin and Putin had it totally rebuilt.  On our visit, workers were restoring a disused canal, dredging it.   So we could not go much further.  Like I said, beautiful localtion, right on the water like Peterhof.  Later, we saw pictures of the interiors.    Equally lavish and as  beautiful as the exteriors. The furniture looked like antique originals, but we reckoned the were new reproductions, as they were to be used  &  functional.

I believe you are all thinking about the Konstantinovsky Dvoretz in Strelna.

The complex is a government building and continues to be used for State functions.
