The title is" The Romanov Legacy" by Zoia Belyakova, foreword by Princess Katya Galitzine. Edited by Marie Clayton. Hope this will be the book you´re refering to.

This book has been out of print for a couple of years at least.  We initially sold it at eurohistory.com and every once in a while we receive a copy here and there.

I have a copy, obtained at our favorite auction site a few years ago. Might be worth keeping an eye out there, as so many treasures appear on a regular basis.
