The picture was taken in 1899 or 1900 I believe, so yes, that would be Mignon in her mama´s belly.

Interesting ! In those days, few women (even royal ones) would be photographed with child. I never saw one of Queen Alexandra or Queen Mary heavily pregnant like that.

On the actual topic, seeing Marie in the enlarged photo stills, she really bore a resemblance to Victoria Melita--I never thought they looked that much alike before. At least, at this age, in these photos, the resemblance seemed marked.
