I was wondering if any one has any Icons of the young princes? (Ioann, Konstantin, and Igor)

See reply 45 of this thread, there is an icon of all the "martyrised" member of the IF and their servants, including the 4 princes. This icon is in Moscow, a Trinity Church in the center.
I photograph this one at Butovo Polygon, last week. Sorry for quality, I am not a good photograph!

Surely it is a military uniform. Where did you read he was a boy scout?

I don't know the history  of AN and the boy scouts...but that is a scout uniform. The yellow scarf, its knot,  and the scout pin over his left hand pocket  point to that.
