It is great and realistic -- but Icons are not so often realistic. For some reasons. And, Saints' faces are never painted on icons in profile view.

a bold beared man is St.Nicolas
a person in the front with a white head-dress is a patriarch or metropolitan. his church dignity is stressed with a white dress and black crosses
