Beautiful! Apparently Louise married in 1891 & had her first child in 1902, I wonder what the story was there! :)

I read a book about the House of Wittelsbach and WWI.
Louise is only mentioned as wife of Prinz Alfons.
It is interesting that she was Not treated badly - as a formaly french Princess.
If you compare this to MA the Duchess of Coburg...
Maybe because Alfons was much beloved or her Mother Sophie Charlotte brought her up as a (half) German.
