In any other family it would be common. But as a member of a family who pride their thin waist and figure. It does seem odd. Her cousin Elizabeth (Queen of Belgium) retained her figure till old age.

Nothing odd. Every person is unique, has its own life and health. The genetics is a whimsical thing.
