What's the occasion and whoa re the other people ?

I think I recognize, sitted, Pr. Luis Fernando and Pss. Paz and perhaps the duchess of Talavera.
Third man from lefy could be Pr.Alexander ?
Is Pss Pilar any of the girls ?

Actually Pilar is by her father's side, near Princess Augusta. The girl at the very right (sitting) is Princess Maria Mercedes, youngest daughter of Prince Ferdinand and late Infanta Maria Teresa.

Didn't look like her...too blurry in the face to be sure. But you may be right if you saw a clearer version of the photo.
