Her birthday is November 3. She, her family etc all celebrated her BD on November 3. To them the date was always November 3, no matter that in the west when she was born that same day was called November 15, and in the west by the time she was 5 that same day happened to be called in the west November 16. To Russians it was still November 3. Time is very arbitrary.

No, her birthday is not on this Friday - you misunderstand. The Orthodox calendar is 13 days behind the western one. For Olga, her birthday was November 3, granted, but in the west that same day was November 15 in the 19th Century, November 16 in the 20th and 21st Centuries. Her birthday is not for another couple of weeks.

Think of it like a really BIG time zone -- when it's November 3 for Orthodox Russians, it's November 16 for the rest of us.  Just like when it's 3:00pm in New York, it's noon in California.  It's the same moment, but we label it differently depending on where we live.

Ok the 16th is actually november 3rd to the orthodox WOW that is different what about macadonian orthodox that is what my friend is

As for the Macedonian Church - I would presume that they, like the Serbian Orthodox Church use the Old Calendar for religious purposes. The Greeks however switched to the Western Calendar in the 1920s (amid a lot of controversy). The easiest was to find out is to ask her when her Church has Christmas  - December 25 or January 7? January 7 on the western calendar corresponding to December 25 on the Old Calendar. (BTW America and Britain used the old calendar until some time in the 1700s.)
