I do not know anything about subtitling, but I'm ready to help you with Russian.

I think to me it is not necessary now. At first I must learn something about subtitling(I know some russian forums. I think I can find there many information and software). If you have any problems with Russian I will help. ;)

Well, that's my problem.
My knowledge of the Russian language is really limited, too limited too work on subtitles. Thus that is why I'm requesting English-ones for it :-[

Ok, I will try to make subtitles :) I think I can do it. Certainly I will have some problems with translation into English. But... all the same I will make it.

No, thanks, I have some software. Now I use 'SubtitleWorkshop'. I will use also 'Aegisub' for editing of subtitles. This work will occupy a lot of time, but I will lay out the link to subtitles to the first series when I will make it.
P.S. Sorry, that I informed nothing for a long time.

I finished downloading and watched it in a hurry, seems to be so good. The scenes with the IF are indeed good, and the execution is chilling, as is the aftermath. Really shows how revolutionary Russia was ripped apart, horrible all the killings, rapings and all that. Shows a good image of how it must have been.

and not that I want to sound exited but how is the subtitling going? :-[

I have not enough free time, therefore subtitling goes very slowly. :( I also have not enough experience of this work. Maybe the next three days I will lay out the link to subtitles to the first series. Difficulty in that that needs to translate Russian slang or prayers. I try to translate it with the maximum accuracy therefore work goes slowly. But all the same it's very interesting work.
You are right. All these awful events are shown is quite realistic.

It will be very interesting to me to learn your opinion. I never worked on subtitles earlier.
Look foreward to the second one
I would continue this work with pleasure, but there is one problem :( I leave tomorrow. It's mission. I will not be at home about two months and I cannot yet to work on subtitles.
But I shall  continue this work as soon as I shall be free. I'm sorry  :(

A very strange film!
I watched it today and it gave me a very odd feeling. All the people were like under a spell of insanity. In different scenes there was a satanic laugh and the sound of church bells which was very disturbing for me.
The Imperial Family was portraied angelically. The scenes with them were ghostly and mysterious. I like that they were presented as symbol of pureness and glorious past.
I liked the actor who played admiral Aleksander Kolchak. The actor had also the Turkish looks like the real Kolchak. Although the film`s Anna Timireva wasn`t not at all similar with the real-life Anna.
The scene where Kolchak and his minister was executed, was wrong in many ways but let it be... after seeing the film "Admial", it is hard to judge this film. I know a little bit Russian language and I got the general idea what they were talking etc. but some scenes were quite confusing.

Hello!
Sorry, please that I was absent so long. But and now I don't have time to continue this work. In two weeks I shall come back home and I shall continue. Now I work with third and second series. I hope, I can  finish translation of these series (and all film) some day.
I think, I should finish subtitling even if it will be prolonged very long time. Simply it is one of the best films which I saw ever.

Sorry, that force you to wait so long :(
