I would imagine that, (had there been no revolution,) Tatiana would continue with hospital work for a couple years, then marry and have a small family, yet still continue her nursing/doctoring work.

Olga is always classified as being the independent one, but I think that Tatiana was also very independent-- she just was able to rein in her sense of independence and be practical because she may have thought, "one fiercely independent girl in the family is enough, I must try and be a 'good girl' for Mama because it's best." But if she had been able to become her own woman more, and gone out on her own, Tatiana likely would have been able to get by more, so to speak, in the "wide world" than Olga, because she could handle things better, and "keep her cool" in hard situations, where Olga would have been more likely to loose control. Tatiana was very level-headed, I think. She felt deeply, but could curb her feelings and be sensible.

I doubt she would have continued her nursing work beyond the war - it was mainly in the context of the war largely for propaganda purposes, like much around royals, lol. She was no doubt capable at the basic activity,  as far as they were actually allowed to be - but the main thrust of her character seems to have been more of a socialite. Once she had managed to break free from Alix's dominant hand over the girls, my opinion is that Tatiana more than the others would have been the one to perhaps leave Russia and seek a wider experience. It would, after all, have been right on the start of the 1920's/30's.

IMHO she would have done it - brak free, and she would surely have done, IMHO - also becoming a doctor or a profession nurse. Many accounts show she really loved her nursing work, on the contrary of Olga, who suffered too much. But, of course, i can see Tatiana as a socialite or something. With her capacities & great charm, she could have done great things... IMHO of course.

Tatiana was not in a position to be able to follow the role of a professional anything - it would have been a greater scandal for her class attitudes to accept than if she had had 500 lovers. The nursing was a propaganda war exercise, and although she might have enjoyed some aspects of it, had the revolution not happened she would have rapidly forgotten it after 1919, as many women did from her class who were involved in the war effort throughout Europe.

Tatiana on the start of the 1920's...that would have been interesting. I have little doubt she would have travelled - much more than the insular Olga - and expanded her horizons elsewhere in Europe - most likely in England. I think she would have fitted into British aristocratic society rather well.
