Mari:
She must have access to larger stoned necklaces for formal occasions!

A really good book on the subject is  "Juvelerne I det Danske kongehus" by Bjarne Steen Jensen. It's in Danish, but it has lot of pictures, and goes into detail about the 3 categories of Danish royal Jewels; the Crown Jewels, the Jewels which are entailed property, and the private jewelry of the royal family.

Luc:
Quite coincidentally: I just bought this book today and it is absolutely amazing, the pictures as well the text. :) Though I'm Dutch and don't read Danish, I'm trying to read it with the help of a dictionary and it reads quite well...

Oh but this book is a gem!Absolutely.

Mr.Bjarn Steen Jensen is a regular poster at the RJWMB ao.
He had the full and active cooperation of Queen Margrethe II for his research.
Just a marvellous book,a must have.Well done Kmerov and Luc.
