In E. Onegin drama there are two characters - sisters , Olga and Tatiana. But Tatiana is older.  Tatiana got her name because of Nicholas' love of that drama.

I am looking for a Romanov movie screencap,I don't know what movie it's from but it shows two our three of the Romanov daughters looking out a window and basicly all you can see is their faces. Any help is appreiciated! :)

There's a scene near the beginning of Romanovy where TMA watch out the window of the AP as Nicholas leaves for Stavka. I don't have a screencap of the scene myself, but that's my best guess for the image you've described.
