Greetings Gemel and friends:

I looked at that photo you posted of the 'false Tatiana'.  Her pose did strike me as just a tad un-royal.  What with her right leg tucked up under her like that, she looks more like a flapper-girl of the Roaring Twenties.  I assume she was a graduate of the Mae West School of Charm.  In more modern terms she could be a FOM....Friend of Madonna.

LOL You're right about that. :D And she doesn't look like Tatiana at all! I really don't understand some (or all, actually) claims - the claimants don't look like the person they're claiming to be... :-\ Completely different hair, eyes etc. But... some people do believe them. :o

Do we know where the story came form and what the details of her claim is? False obviously (DNA being a starting point) but it may be fun to see her story!

Her name is Maddes Aiort, in 1937-1938 she has said that it was the granduchess Tatiana...  She came from Canada. Maddess Aiort is not very popular because everyone has realized that she could not be in any way the Grand Duchess Tatiana. In fact she was exposed as early as 1942 (or 1943) and was forced to leave Canada.
Later, she emigrated to Spain, and she died. Maddes Aiort died in 1982 of an unknown illness.

In my opinion, the claimant less similar to the Romanovs are: Marga Boots (which is a cow, who passed himself off as the beautiful Olga) and Maddess Aiort (which seems far from Tatiana!). According to your opinion, what the claimant less resembles at a  Romanov?
