I am not sure with dyeing of Elisabeth hair. Maybe in her last year, she did... Except Karl Theodor even her sister Sophie and Max Emanuel were blonde.
Sisi propably realy had serious problems with her tooth, because I have read it in almoust every book about her.

I only knew that she dislked her tooth because they were yellow, she tryied to do different things to become her tooth white but unsuccessfully,
I knew also that she disliked to show her tooth and when she spoke she tryied to open her mouth the less than she could and she spoke very quietly.
I read in other page that she had excellent tooth at the time of her death, but certainly, I don't know

Correct me if I am wrong, but I do believe this painting was a wedding gift from her siblings. Elisabeth is not portrayed in this painting.

 You re right, Aor. Sisi doesnt appear in that portrait. The girls next to the cage are Mathilde and Marie Sophie. They re not the Parent, those are Helene von Thurn und Taxis and the gentleman im not sure but Veronica told me that hi name was Ludwig (where are you Vero!!?)
