It could be because of the lighting on the photo, but I always thought the uniform was green - yet this looks more of blue?

The skirt is blue and the tunic is green:

Thank you Sarushka . The black and white photo shows there were different colors and what is remarkable is how differently colors react to light and film even within black and white  and relatively low light

Those do look like the 1906 dresses. Olga's own bow is also more visible here than in the formal photos
