IMO this was taken in approximately 1914, so probably around 13.

I am relatively new to the forum (joined back in mid-May) though I have known about this for quite a while now and haven't gotten to actually participate yet because of a busy end-of-year schedule, but I thought I would pitch in if I may. So greetings everyone!

I would have to agree with Sarushka that, judging from the looks of the wonderful picture (which I had not seen before) that Irina Alexandrovna posted, Anastasia would have to be about 13, maybe 14, in that picture.

Also, those are wonderful pictures that Grand Duchess Ally and Grand Princess Shandroise contributed back in late June. Over the years, after seeing so many pictures of the Romanovs, all charming of course, it is always wonderful to see ones you weren't familiar with. It just so happens that I had not seen those two before. They are really beautiful and it is wonderful to see Alexandra and Anastasia spending some quality mother-daughter time together! They are both so sweet in each picture.

Not a drawing. A retouched picture. Some pictures wouldn't turn to be very clear these years before WWI, and sometimes, they were retouched in a way they seems even drawings. Most of the photos published in papers and reviews of that era, could be heavily retouched and the result was that they seems more drawings than pictures.
