Whom - IF visiting Odessa Military school. On the whole photo (it was previously posted on Olga Nicholaevna photo thread) we can see the IF, school's military staff (including commander, Major General Goleevsky who stands here on the left) and students.

Grand Duke Boris Vladimirovich was a notorious playboy, to the point where he'd probably be considered a "sex addict" today. His mother, Maria Pavlovna (Miechen) wanted him to marry Olga. Alix was horrified and refused to even consider it for her. He'd much rather be paired with someone he had a chance with, and poor Maria was probably grossing out, provided she even knew what he was like ...
