Annie is right it is a French postcard, I have it in my files since long time. Here another one from the same photo session:

lol! They might have had a clue about Anastasia early on....her expressions were there from the start!
Sometimes the 2-4 year old Imp reminds me of Alix's sister, Maria ,who died at four ...their  knitted brows when looking etc.
Thanks VOF, It always struck me how  happy Alix looked in these photos
