Yes and no. Anastasia formed a close friendship with a Standart officer, and secondarily with his sister. She exchanged many letters in captivity with this sister and this sister wrote a memoir mentioning her and her brother's warm friendship with Anastasia. This friendship and correspondence is nicely referenced in Helen Rappaport's golden book, Romanov Sisters recently published. I read it but don't have it now. In any case, the name seems to me to be something like Zborokovsky, though that's just a possibly imprecise recollection by me.
But as a strong hunch and educated guess based on their easy familiarity in this photo, I'd say he's our man. Now for someone with present access to "Romanov Sisters...
