Are those pantssuits they're wearing? Either that or their dresses were of a style that looks a lot like it. I don't think they otherwise wore pants (except for regimental uniforms).

That is to say the 30 March 1914. I always loved those skirts with wool jacket (I think it's wool?) and white blouses.
Is that Rodionov with them?
