I love the various colored versions of the same photo. Each person does them so differently. I hope it is still possible to make constructive comments.
Of course it is all very subjective [except for eye color...
)]. I only comment here on the work that I consider the very best.
I suspect that Ally would be an excellent artist because she has a great sense of color and shadow.
I worked all of my adult life as an artist and portrait painter after I graduated from Art college... a long time ago.

I don´t know about any colourer, who wouldn´t do this "just for fun". As for me it gives me feeling of creating something beautiful, because I can´t draw or paint. I´m well aware the colours are rarely accurate, usually I choose them to fit together nicely. Also if it seems the background and the dresses were all white - there wouldn´t be much to colour. It is also very nice to see different coloured versions of the photo.
