Yes, it is . these dresses were certainly worn  about 1910's:

On the gowns, even the royalty used fake pearls. I think it's a question of wear and brittleness. Even for the famous 1903 ball, the pearl on the gowns and headdresses were fake. Except some of them, but in fact some jewels were real and adapted on the dresses( especially the necklaces). But you know these fake pearls were in glass and cost a lot!!

Thanks Brian for the big versions of the pic! Nice to see you again and your beautiful pics!

Here is my hypothesis:
1904 Alexei's christening, Olga and Tatiana wore the full russian court dress, Maria and Anastasia only the kokoshnik

about 1908-10

I just have the idea to count the number of pearls of the necklaces; for Olga the number is about 30 and Anastasia 20.

SO the girls are about 15,13,11 and 9 year-old...
BUT Olga's hair is not yet up...

Here are 2 photos of Olga in summer 1911 and in november 1911 (her 16th birthday) to compare. On the firts her hair is not totaly up, ond the second, it is.

SO the year can't be 1912 for the Borodino celebrations: below, Olga and her uncle Mikhaïl in Moscow foe the Borodino celebrations:

and the third sitting was for the Tercentenary in 1913(Brian posted 2 pics above). The girls wore different dresses, and Tatiana wore her wig...

Do you have the pic of Marie in better quality?
I have only seen another one of her from that sitting.

That photo is from 1912-1913. Not 1908-1910. In here "My Name is Anastasia" section it was said that when this photo was taken Anastasia was 11 year. So that mean if that one other pic had taken at the same time it too had been took same 12-13. I'm not sure what age one should start to keep hair up? anyone can tell?..

Here are the two pictures of Grand Duchess Marie in Court Dress in about 1860.

Lovely photos of Marie Alexandrovna daughter of Alexander II

It is interesting to note how, despite the regulations concerning materials, decoration and trimmings for Russian court gowns; they still manage to conform in some degree to the silhouette fashionable at the time.

I would hazard a guess and say that these images are from around 1866 - 8, judging by the shape of the crinoline that Marie is wearing under her court dress.  Plus, the shape of the bodice conforms very much to the fashionable bodice line of the mid 1860's.
