Indeed Dr. Botkin, I haven't recognize him bacause I have seen just a few photos of him, all in frontal position...in the other photos that I was referring before he was in the same clothes and in different poses.

Nicholas and Alexei.

Stavka - Nicholas with his generals

[I recognize the man on his left - general Aleksei Brusilov and general Mikhail Alekseev - second from the left in the picture]

You are correct, it was taken in April/May of 1916.

Yes, this is Standart.  You can tell because of the solid wall at the rail of the yacht.  Also, the painting of the ships' boat.  Each boat was named for a Russian state.

On Standart?...

Nena, the Tsar is sitting on the roof of the Dinning Salon of the Standart.  The widows you see are set in the roof like a skylight.  you can see them in interior pictures of the dinning salon.  The Tsar is sitting on chests that were used to store life vests, rope and other gear.  Again, this is Standart.

Great ones anyone. Yes, it is Tatiana, taken in 1912, I think.

I am pretty sure this is Polar Star now! Thanks, Irina! Ca. 1907.  :-D
