I found this picture of Archduchess Blanca and her eldest sons. In the back you can see Koppay's painting of Maria Immaculata. Maybe the one in the round frame is a work of Koppay, too?

Yes,but probably at the time the portraits were painted they were Count and Countess Lónyay(later Prince and Princess) and she stopped being an Archduchess when she married the Count...
