The photo is of a photographer of Copenhagen and in --Chronology of the Travels -- I have found a travel in France and Denmark in 1901. I have thought in mourning for the dead  of Queen Victoria or for the mother of Wilhelm  II

it is strange mourning for the grandmother  , but I want to understand the year of the photo. other relatives in 1901 are not died. Perhaps he has been in Denmark also in 1899?

during the anniversary of Queen Louise`s death in September?., It could be too and then they could be mourning Gd Georgiy.
