Tchetcheglovitovs

I think you mean Tcheglovitovs, not Tchetcheglovitovs.

There are 2 different families of Tcheglovitovs, as there were clans of the Shaklovitiy and the Sheklovitov in XVII cent. Peter I ordered them all to name themselves Tcheglovitov.

Do you mean Tcherbakovs? Tcherbakov is a common family name, so I don't know whom do you mean. The Tcheglovitov are mainly known thanks to Ivan Grigorievitch Tcheglovitov (1861-1918), a statesman and Minister of Justice in 1906-1915 years.
