Is that a young Prince Charles in the far left corner? I think Queen Anne Marie of Greece is standing in the front. The groom looks very like Prince Philip--perhaps a relation on that side of the family. If that's George Wilhem of Hanover (Victoria Louise's son) in the front, along with his wife, Philip's sister Sophie, perhaps one of Sophie's children?

This looks suspiciously like the black and white uniform of the'Death's Head' Hussars.

You should be able to find plenty of photographs of Victoria Louise and her father and eldest brother wearing it.

Next week, the QM2 departs from England for a crossing to New York. This gives pause to recall that it was the namesake ship of VL called the SS Viktoria Luise, that was the very first ship built for the express purpose of luxury cruising, launched in 1900. All previous ships that may have had expensive accomodations were overwhelmingly used for bulk transportation of people, goods, and mail.
