I think it was not taken after her marriage. She looked a bit older on that picture. I bet it was taken on 1890’s.

I think it was taken in 1896 in Franzensbad where she took a cure. And I think Kitty is the woman the the left

Ella von Hessen, I believe I haven’t seen the 1st, 3rd, 4th and 5th posted before so thank you soo much !!! Many, many thanks to Kathy for those loveliest pics, too!
Today, July 18, is her 92nd death anniversary. I know she’s very happy in Heaven, together with her beloved ones, most especially Serge.

I think it was taken in 1896 in Franzensbad where she took a cure. And I think Kitty is the woman the the left
