Yes it is. I can't be certain in the golden one is simply a badly photographed copy of the new image I've found or that there are two different paintings by the same artist. It wasn't that unusual for an artist to copy their own painting at the request of the client so either is a possiblity. It would help to know if at least one of the portraits was in a musuem.
