Pàmela Labunska (1837-1901), wife of Otto, Prince of Schönburg-Waldenburg (himself son of Fürst Otto Victor and Thekla of Schwarzburg-Rudolstadt), daughter of Apollinaris Labunski and Iuliana Popow.

I was wondering who she was, her origins are obscure. Did she had a title, or maybe was she an heiress? Anyway, it doesn't this marriage was considered morganatic as her children were all prince/princess of Schönburg-Waldenburg with the style of Serene Highness.

Otherwise, she was the grandmother of Sophie of Schönburg-Waldenburg, Pss zu Wied, Pss of Albania, through her son Erbprinz Victor and his wife Lucia of Sayn-Wittgenstein-Berleburg.

So if anyone has additional information, feel free to post!

Here is a birth certificate of Princess Pamela:

It seem very unclear as there was mentioned that her grandfather was Russian General Suchozanet, although her mother was Juliana Popow...Some other sources, describing the social circles and atmosphere in Warszawa, mentioned her as very graceful woman with ebony hair...

Her cousin Adela Pamela Labunska married Alexander,Baron de Simolin-Wettberg...there was also one Krzystof Labunski, who lived in the 16th century and married Princess Alexandra Czartoryska,so it seems that they were old noble family after all!

This was the country house of Labunsky family in Legonice:

And this is the Coat of Arms of Labunski family:

This Coat of Arms has been established way back in year 1413...

Well, not much, but at least something for a start!
