Does anyone know what foods Nicholas II and his family ate for family meals, not for great banquets and formal dinners?

yes, their food was simple. alexandra feodorovna even complained to anna vyrubova that their family tea parties were simple i.e. they had tea and bread and butter. she told anna vyrubova that other people`s tea parties were "more interesting" in sense of food served for tea. but nikolay always drank (if i`m not mistaken) 2 cups (or rather glasses) of tea and ate two (i`m not sure about that) slices of bread. i wondr wh AF didn`t change anything about tea parties it was much easier for her to dosmiss and appoint new ministers that change a family tradition
