I saw a site about her but the picture was so blurry I can't see how she looks like. Upon that picture, she seems to have a resemblance with dear Tatya but it's not enough basis to prove her claim to be true. (",)

Amazing colored fotos  by the most wonderful Yelena Aleksandrovna. Endless thank you very much!

I'm unsure if this has been mentioned, but in the newspaper article about Owen Tudor's remarriage to the Hon. Anne Tufton, it says that Lady Mary Cambridge (niece of Queen Mary and Tatiana's distant cousin) was a bridesmaid. Was Owen Tudor friendly with members of the British Royal Family?

Here is a link to the interesting page I found the Newspaper Article in:

http://www3.telus.net/mtnclimb/pers/family/owenTudor.html

Hmmm, not sure why they say "little Lady Mary Cambridge" as she was in her mid-twenties at the time and her cousin Lady May Cambridge who they may have misidentified her as was in her late teens. Certainly don't know of any other Lady Mary Cambridges and none that would warrent a special mention.

Just as a side note, up until now I have never paid no attention to any claimants and have viewed them all with suspicion but I must admit that I am fascinated (though not entirely convinced) by the mysterious Larissa Feodorovna. Her story certainly seems more plausible than previous ones, and the site that i provided a link to is very interesting and informative and worth a good read. Also brings up a number of good points.

Before she died did Larissa and Owen at least have a child?

Has any one else noticed that Tatiana and Larissa have a few things in common, both names have seven letters, both have an a as the second letter and last letter in the name, and both have an i as the  fourth letter.

I read on Wikipedia that the Occlenshaw person said that Larissa was "tall, amazingly thin and very beautiful, having brown hair with an auburn tinge to it." Which is similar to what Tatiana looked like. Also, I seem to recall that I saw a picture of a lady with wavy short hair, a hat and a plaid coat that was a claimant of Tatiana, I think, and it may have been Larissa. It was very clear photo.

Sounds interesting but too bad Tatiana died in 1918.

From earlier in the thread, Rachael89 scanned pictures from some book on the subject. I suppose this is supposed to be Larissa? I don't see a resemblance to Tatiana.

This photo is of Owen Tudor's second wife - not Larrissa.

I was (re) reading on this this morning (now I can't find my book - did I leave it at the allotment?) but:

In Romanov conspiracies Occelshaw says he spoke to someone (name? page?) who used to look over the wall and talk to Larissa. When shown a picture of Tatiana, this lady said they looked the same. Bet I've lost lost the book now. Can someone find this and elucidate?

For the Larissa story as a whole, (and claimant stories in general) I've always been sceptical at least. The Larissa story is odd in that no 'public' announcement is made (everyone else is making up their own mind.) As for other parts of the story, something is up with this (whoever she is).
