There were plenty of Voyeikovs, but none of them was count.

The Voyeikovs are the ancient Russian noble family. They were never titled.

As for your photo of that man - it's very difficult to answer at once who is he. Where did you find the photo?

Sorry, I know for last Count of Russian Court, Vladimir Nichoalievich Voeikov (end of 1913 - very early 1917). I mean, he was ranked, he wrote memories 'S Tsarem i bez Tsara' (With the Tsar and without the Tsar').

Vladimir Voyeikov was not a Count.

I have a lot of old original glass negative with photo plates with grounds of Tsar Nicholas II at the troop inspection and voyeikov and more and all is for sale!
Where is that best to sale them...at auction..maybe Sotheby or?
