Never seen this one...And it's a quite interesting magazine cover, since the Tsaritsa seems to have the upper part of her head cutted off!!!

I was thinking that too...and wondering if it's based on a photo where she had a hat  and they removed the hat...but didn't add hair!

VOF, of course I've seen that one! =) ...it would be quite good if the eyes were better. The same artist and or seller I believe has one for Nicky as well..and with same problem imo

Yes it is for the same artist, tbh I don’t like it for the same reason you mentioned the artist have messed up with the eyes; the most crucial part of painting a face is to capture the shape and look of the eyes.

and it's  too bad because it's quite accomplished otherwise...but  indeed ,the eyes are, imo, the most important part of a portrait ...one can forgive a wrong mouth, but not wrong eyes.
