Yes, looks about it. wearing black normally was consired bad taste unlike today. shes in mourning for a relative or a close friend.

I guess this photo was taken in 1895. Ella (born January 1892) and Franz Karl (born February 1893) look like three and two year old children. In February 1895 both Archduke Albrecht and his younger brother Wilhelm died.

I guess there are also pictures of Franz Salvator and his eldest children from this sitting. I'll have a look.
